Meet the Partners
A Master Electrician for over twenty six years, Marc has been an integral part of the growth of Mike’s Electric into the successful company it is today. He brings an extensive knowledge of all areas of electrical installations, trouble-shooting and design build. As well as being responsible for the day-to day operations of the company, Marc’s experience extends to the financial aspects of the business including job costing, budget forecasting and tenders. With excellent interpersonal skills Marc is able to coordinate efficiently with team members, consultants, suppliers and General Contractors.
Project Manager – PEC (Professional Electrical Contractor)
Heather completed her apprenticeship in the Bow Valley, and in 2000 joined Mike’s Electric as a Journeywoman electrician. Since then she achieved Master Electrician designation as well as becoming one of the first women in Alberta to achieve PEC status. Heather oversees most residential projects and has recently completed several large condominium developments in Three Sisters Mountain Village in Canmore. She is currently overseeing the Ravenrock condo development in Canmore, as well as the Versant development also in Canmore.
With over twenty three years in the electrical industry, Jeff has managed numerous projects, both commercial and residential giving him experience in all aspects of the industry. He was project manager for the The Banff Fenlands Recreation Centre renovation and expansion which achieved a LEED Silver designation. Most recently Jeff has been in the field with our out of town projects, working on completing the Jasper Municipal Library.
From apprentice to Master Electrician, Jeff Wagner joined Mikes Electric in 2006, after he was introduced to the electrical trade in 2001 (Jemison Electric/HVAC). Wagner has educated himself along the way with hands-on
experience, achieved formal schooling at SAIT Polytechnic (First Aid, H2S, Aerial Work Lift Platform, Fall Arrest [2007-2015]), and gained a mastery of skills in order to complete the electrical trade. In the process of his training, Wagner has acquired the capability to balance project and business management to oversee large projects with multiple employees, while managing invoicing, quotations, and budgeting monthly/yearly quotas on computer-based programs; all accompany the accomplishments which have proven him to be an integral member of the Mikes Electric team.
